2024-2025 Annual Report

The RS Social Welfare Foundation, Taloda worked extensively during FY 2024–25 to improve the lives of tribal and economically weaker communities in Nandurbar District through healthcare, education, livelihood development, environmental sustainability, and women empowerment initiatives. Through RS Charitable Hospital, the Foundation provided affordable and charitable healthcare services, treating 4,293 OPD patients and 260 IPD patients, with a majority belonging to Scheduled Tribe communities. Six free medical camps across remote villages benefited 855 tribal beneficiaries, ensuring early diagnosis and continued care. In education and skill development, the Foundation strengthened digital inclusion through DTRC labs, CSC vocational training, and courses in Tally, data entry, computer education, barber trade, carpentry, and General Duty Assistant (GDA) training, enhancing employment opportunities for tribal youth. Environmental initiatives included tree plantation drives, sanitation campaigns, and road safety awareness programs promoting sustainable community development. The Foundation also advanced women’s empowerment through health awareness, financial literacy, and livelihood training programs. Guided by the principle “Early Heal – Educate – Empower,” the organization continues to function as a grassroots development institution delivering healthcare access, skill development, and social welfare support to underserved tribal populations.

2024-2025 Audited ITR Report

The Audited Financial Statements of RS Social Welfare Foundation, Taloda for the year ending 31 March 2025 confirm that the trust’s accounts are properly maintained and audited as per the provisions of the Bombay Public Trust Act, 1950. The audit conducted by S. D. Pandit & Associates, Chartered Accountants states that the financial statements present a true and fair view of the Foundation’s financial position. Proper books of accounts, vouchers, and records were maintained, and all transactions were verified during audit.

2023-2024 Annual Report

During FY 2023–2024, RS Social Welfare Foundation, Taloda focused on improving healthcare access, livelihood opportunities, education, and community welfare for tribal and economically weaker populations of Nandurbar District. The Foundation conducted 8 tribal medical camps benefiting 619 patients, while RS Hospital, Taloda provided treatment and check-ups to 4,095 patients, including a large number from Scheduled Tribe communities. Along with healthcare services, the organization supported digital education, computer training, government documentation assistance (Ayushman Card, PAN, E-Shram), and community welfare activities. All initiatives were primarily supported through personal donations and trustee contributions, demonstrating strong grassroots commitment toward healthcare equity, employment generation, sanitation, and rural development without CSR or government funding during the year.
